1 Acceptance of Terms

By registering, accessing, or using Vaaraahi Recharge (website or mobile app), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2 Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our services
• You must be a resident of India
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials

3 Services Offered

Vaaraahi Recharge provides the following services:

• Mobile prepaid recharge (Jio, Airtel, Vi, BSNL, and more)
• DTH recharge (Tata Sky, Dish TV, Airtel DTH, Sun Direct, etc.)
• Utility bill payments (electricity, gas, water, broadband)
• Postpaid mobile bill payments
• Insurance premium payments
• FASTag recharge

4 Payments

• All payments are processed securely through Razorpay
• We accept UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking, and wallets
• Vaaraahi members may use their Vaaraahi wallet balance for partial or full payment
• Prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes
• Payment is collected before the recharge or bill payment is processed

5 Vaaraahi Membership

Vaaraahi members enjoy special benefits:

• Exclusive discounts on recharges and bill payments
• Access to Vaaraahi wallet for seamless payments
• Member-only offers and cashback deals

Membership is managed through the main Vaaraahi platform. Discount amounts and wallet limits are set by the admin and may change at any time.

6 Transaction Processing

• Recharges are processed through the A1TopUp API in real-time
• Most transactions are completed within 5-30 seconds
• In rare cases, processing may take up to 24 hours due to operator delays
• We are not responsible for delays caused by telecom operators or utility companies

7 User Responsibilities

• Ensure the correctness of mobile numbers, account IDs, and other details before submitting
• Do not misuse the platform for fraudulent transactions
• Do not attempt to exploit system vulnerabilities
• Report any unauthorized access to your account immediately

8 Intellectual Property

All content on Vaaraahi Recharge — including design, logos, text, and software — is the property of Vaaraahi Digital Pvt. Ltd. and is protected by Indian intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.

9 Limitation of Liability

Vaaraahi Recharge shall not be liable for:

• Failed recharges due to incorrect details provided by the user
• Service outages from telecom operators or utility companies
• Losses caused by unauthorized access to your account
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

10 Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse our platform. You may also request account deletion by contacting our support team.

11 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of Vaaraahi Recharge shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh.

12 Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
